            Senator Palumbo moved to amend the amendment on page three, section three, subsection (c), subdivision (8), line twenty-seven, after the word facilities;” by adding the word “or”;

            And,

On page three, section three, subsection (c), subdivision (9), line thirty, after the word “business” by inserting a period and striking out the remainder of the section.
